Your time back.
A clear system for what needs your attention and what doesn’t, an escalation path so the team’s first resource isn’t you, and decisions getting made by someone you trust.
Fractional Director of Operations
You started your business to build something meaningful. Now you’re putting out fires, chasing your team, and wondering if this is really what you wanted. I’m Bri Jennings. I install the operating system your business is missing, so the company grows while you get back to your zone of genius.
Is This You?
Without an operating system you trust, you don’t have a business. You have a high-paid job with overhead.
What Changes
My operational approach is rooted in EOS principles, adapted for founder-led businesses. Here’s what becomes true inside yours:
A clear system for what needs your attention and what doesn’t, an escalation path so the team’s first resource isn’t you, and decisions getting made by someone you trust.
Defined ownership and expectations across the team, oversight that isn’t dependent on you enforcing it, and a consistent 1:1 cadence that doesn’t put you in the middle.
Clear reporting across the metrics that matter, simple dashboards that show what’s happening without digging, and regular summaries that turn the numbers into decisions, priorities, and follow-through.
Payroll handled end to end. Audits and compliance coordinated. Hiring and HR managed. Operational oversight and project management across the business.
The Cost of Not Doing This
Founders I work with reclaim a minimum of 15 hours per week, often 25 or more. If your time is worth $500 an hour, and at this level, it is. That’s $390,000 a year you are leaving on the table.
Not in overhead. Not in expenses. In revenue that doesn’t get pursued. Deals that don’t get closed. Relationships that don’t get built. Big-picture thinking that never happens because you were handling the minutia.
That’s the real cost of staying where you are.
And That’s Before You Calculate
How It Works
First 30 Days
I get inside your business: how it flows, how decisions actually get made, where the gaps live. I interview your team and build the foundation of our working relationship.
Day 31–60
I move immediately into the highest-priority gaps: stabilizing oversight, clarifying roles and accountability, establishing the rhythms that create traction, and building visibility tools that show your business health at a glance.
Day 61–90
After 90 days, whether we continue working together or not, significant problems will have been solved, and you’ll have clarity on exactly what needs to happen in the next phase.
A Word for Founders
When I install an operating layer into your business, it shines a bright light into every corner. The cracks, the broken processes, and the things everyone knew about but no one addressed. It all becomes visible.
That’s going to feel uncomfortable at first. That’s normal and expected. I’m looking for founders who are committed to this discomfort, knowing it’s the path to growth.

Proof
“Today is the first day in a very long time that I feel like I can focus on what needs to be done by me, rather than worrying if anything is happening in the organization.”
“I believe Bri is the best hire I have ever made.”
About Bri
I’m Bri Jennings, founder of Backstage Co. and a fractional Director of Operations for founder-led businesses. I’ve spent the last decade building the machinery behind seven-figure companies: the hiring plans, the delivery pipelines, the weekly rhythms that keep the team moving without the founder pushing.
I’m not here for the spotlight. I’m here so you can stay in it.
